Project Management
What is Project Management?
Project Management is the structured application of processes, methods, skills, and experience to meet specific objectives within defined parameters. It involves not only planning and executing projects but also quickly assessing situations, taking decisive action, and effectively communicating outcomes to stakeholders. In industries like finance, project management requires a blend of technical skills, industry knowledge, and practical experience.
